Day of the Child

Day of the Child is a community event focusing on educating the youth with hundreds of interactive booths. Volunteers from CSHP held an asthma booth to educate the children on the effects of asthma on the airways. The pharmacy students used an interactive posterboard to debunk false myths of asthma as well as an interactive balloon activity to demonstrate the difficulty in breathing in asthmatic patients.
